We do not use client documents to train models
Data shared in discovery, diagnostic, or PoC work is used to analyze the agreed flow, not to train public models or create reusable knowledge bases without authorization.
Security and data
Before any pilot, we make clear which data is used, who reviews, and which decisions remain under human responsibility.
Data shared in discovery, diagnostic, or PoC work is used to analyze the agreed flow, not to train public models or create reusable knowledge bases without authorization.
Innova does not request or operate e.firma, fiscal passwords, bank data, or sensitive access that is not necessary for the agreed flow.
Legal, regulatory, tariff, or authority-facing decisions remain with the client's responsible team.
When a discovery advances to a pilot, scope, information retention, owners, systems involved, and confidentiality agreements are documented.
The pilot is designed to work with the least amount of information possible and permissions aligned to the agreed workflow.
Retention or deletion of files, reports, and extracted data is defined in writing before processing the client's operational information.
